Is it possible to put solar panel in Z1 or Z3? (Paphos). I know it has to be 10m from the plot boundary but can't find any info regarding the zones... We don't own it yet just thinking of buying a plot in those zones.

I can't answer your question and I suggest you visit the Paphos Town Planning Department to see if your erect solar panels on the land.

Z1 and Z3 are agricultural zones and protected (you can't build dwellings on them.) But the panners may allow you to put solar panels on the land.
