Can you help please, we have an apartment in Trimithusa, which we use as a holiday home at the moment and we want to get our title deeds, unfortunately we will not be back in Cyprus until Aug 2016 and we have heard that we have to register for the deeds by 31st Jan 2016. Is there any way we can register by email or can we ask someone else to register for us, or can we leave it until we come back over in August? We registered our property with the land registry when we bought it.

If you red through the law at http://www.news.cyprus-property-buyers. ... ge-law.pdf (pages 18 - 29 are in English) you will see that there is no deadline for submitting applications for Title Deeds.

However, if you want to get things moving before you come over in August, you can appoint your lawyer or someone else as your Power of Attorney and they can submit your application.
