There are a few sharks out there so you might want to be very careful, easier said than done I know.

If property is in Pafos area you might wish to consider Susan/Thaki at Mr Rent. They have been dealing with my property for last 4 years and I have never had any problems with their service.

It depends on where in Cyprus. I can recommend a good company in the Larnaca area. Hornsey Agencies. Just google them.
