Hi Guys,
Anyone care to provide any updates on current state of play with London Court cases between MAX/Aves & Alpha bank.
I dropped into Alpha Bank / Paphos last week & was told that Swiss Franc Compensation awards has been stopped, but they would consider each new case on its merit!
I think it is disgraceful - I really hope EU comes down on the Cyprus banks & forces them to compensate the victims of this mis-selling scandal!
Anyone think or know if the Time barring constraint will be extended for another year?
Thanks in anticipation of any replies.
Brookster

Hi Nigel,
I have emailed Max Alves -just had an acknowledgement of my email.
I would have thought folk on this Forum would be glad to share any information - surely we are all in the same boat trying to seek justice & compensation for Swiss Franc mis-selling by the Cyprus Banks.

Hi Brookster
Perhaps they've signed non-disclosure agreements. We don't want to give the other side any information that may jeopardise their case.
Rgds,
