Application for the Transfer of the Property Form

Hello Nigel,
We paid fully for our house 9 years ago. We were told by LR in Paphos 4 years ago it was with Surveys Dept for division of plots. We have been told the same at the LR yesterday, and given an AX****/15 file reference. Is there any point in us filling in the Application for the Transfer of the Property into our name to get our title deeds?

Hi Edward

In my opinion YES. It will avoid any possibility of the transfer being delayed if the developer fails to pay his taxes.

Also if he had mortgaged the land on which the property you purchased before you bought, it will also resolve that problem.

IMHO it's €10 well spent.
