Nigel,
Maybe you can answer this one.
How do the banks depose of any repossessed properties?
Are they sold at auction or via a particular estate agent chain?
Any links would be appreciated even in the Greek language.
I'm looking to purchase locally (Limassol city) and have come up against the inflexibility of sellers in wanting to cut a deal so thought to try and by-pass the local agents.

Re: Bank Repossessions
Hi David,
The Bank of Cyprus has a website showing the properties it has for sale at http://propertiesforsale.bankofcyprus.com/ (they have a couple of apartments for sale in Germasoyia at the moment).
I don't know what the other banks are doing.
Regards,

Hello Nigel,
Thank you for the link.
It's worth a look if for no other reason to compare.
Thank you again.
