Decreased Land Values

Hi,
Nigel very kindly responded to my earlier request for recommendation of an Estate Agent and gave me two contacts - one is the forum's Pantheman. The information is interesting and I have passed details on to my brother who co-owns our land in Ormidhia Village (Larnaca Distirict).
I am waiting to hear back from my brother and in the meantime am wondering if Pan, with his local knowledge (or anyone else for that matter) can advise what percentage land values have decreased in that area. We had an official valuation three years ago. The plot is ready to develop with all services available.
