Cyprus Property Forum for Buyers, Sellers & Investors

I'm making this post on behalf of my sister who has just lost her husband. I'm trying to assist her with the unpleasant task of getting everything in order.
They have an apartment in Northern Cyprus and the property is in her husband's name. Her husband had not made a will and also does NOT have the title deeds for the property but I believe she has the documents of the sale when they bought it.

Could anyone please advise if she can sell the property and if so, what would be the steps required?

I'd appreciate any input on this. Thanks in advance.

My condolences on the loss of your brother-in-law. I don't believe anyone will be able to answer your question as this forum does not cover properties in the occupied areas of the island and I suspect the laws are different.

I expect there is a forum somewhere that can help.
