Hi, My Husband and I are fortunate enough to have a buyer for our property in Cyprus. We own the property half each. My title deed is still in my Maiden name as we were not married at the time of obtaining our title deeds.
Now that we are selling, do I need to change my title deed to my married name or will just showing the marriage certificate suffice?
Many Thanks

Hi muffinmad
I don't believe you'll need to change the deeds. Your old passport should be sufficient to show that you are the original purchaser.
