Swiss Franc Mortgage and negitive equity advise needed pls..

I took out a mortgage in 2004 through Alpha Bank and was told Swiss Franc mortgages were the only option as I was a non Cypriot, they also strongly advised me against swapping to a Cypriot euro mortgage once CY joined the EU and told me it wasn't in my interest to make the change I am now in negative equity with no way to repay the mounting costs, any advice would be greatly received.
