Immovable Property Tax

Post by hallamswave »

Hi, I have a studio apartment that has never been lived in since completed in 2010. Who do I contact about whether I have tax to pay or not?

You have to fill in a form at the tax office for which your developer must sign, stamp and put in the 1980 value.

If it is under 12500 euros, you have no IPT to pat the tax office, otherwise they will tell you what to pay.
