Rent to buy scheme

Hello,

I would like to find an old small house in Limassol area up to 100K Euro, and to use "rent-to-buy" scheme.
Kindly advise where it is better to find related information, maybe there are some agencies or agents who assist with that,
or shall I search a property on bazaraki and after discuss with the an owner

As far as I an aware, Resales do not offer Rent-to-buy schemes and I would be surprised if any agency would even entertain this. Too many possible things to go wrong.

Your best bet is to search Bazaraki, if yu can find for 100k in Limassol and deal directly.

Rent to buy is always a good option, at least like this you already live in your property and have no obligations in front of the bank. But as far as I know owners request a good amount as advanced payment. Can be 30% or more.
