Hello Kurt and welcome to the forum,

I have sent you an email containing the list of lawyers provided by the British High Commission in Nicosia.

If I could wind the clock back I would only buy a resale with immediate title deed and no outstanding mortgage.

As to lawyers best of luck but you should find on this forum information on who not to use.

The bottom line Kurt is that no matter what anyone tells you you will ONLY EVER own a property if you have the title deeds. If the developer or anyone tells you they are due soon or next week anything can happen during that time and you may not get your deeds.

Quite simply with all the experiences of so many in my opinion TITLE DEEDS IMMEDIATELY or keep your money.
