This is my first time, so be kind.

I bought a property in Cyprus, love the Island but this has been far from an enjoyable process.

My first question that I hope someone can help with regards lifts.

Can anyone tell me what the legal requirements are regarding servicing / maintenance and frequency of these?

Hello Mark and welcome to the forum.

Someone else asked me this question in another forum last November and I spoke with the manager at Otis lifts in Limassol.

The law requires that passenger lifts are inspected monthly.
