Hello all.

My name is John and I am a member of a number of other Cyprus based forums so some of you may already know me.

My wife and I bought an apartment in Paphos which was completed about 5 years ago. We are currently in the process of tying to get our title deeds which is becoming a nightmare.

I retired from work about 2 and half years ago and now we visit the island about twice a year staying for around 6 weeks each visit.

As you are no doubt aware, there are more than 100,000 people waiting for the deeds to their property.

What sort of problems are you having with your deeds - developer dragging his feet, mortgage on the land, something else?
