I'm aware it's near impossible to build on agricultural land with protection zoning Z1 and Z3.
What's the deal with land zoned G3?
The land I am looking at benefits from being next to a registered road.
I have carried out a Google search but cannot find anything relevant in English.
Would appreciate any advice.
