Hi All,
We are looking for a house to buy. Can anyone suggest what is the normal wall thickness in Cyprus? If it's a 1 layer of brick (most houses are like this), is it enough for Cyprus weather? Or it's a cheap version and minimum 2 layers should be?
Thanks

Re: Wall thickness
Hi waldymar
Internal walls tend to be 10cm thick, external walls 20cm. Building regulations have changed and external walls now require a degree of insulation. If you're building a house, you can choose to have cavity walls although we didn't bother.
We have underfloor heating and aircon in the bedrooms and kitchen.
