long term rental
long term rental
As someone looking to buy in the new year , instead of making several trips to view, we are thinking of a long term rental , 6 - 12 mths, to give us time to look around and see if we would be happy in cyprus, so if we opt for a long term rental does anyone know if it a straight forward system, and does a lawyer have to be involved ,etc

Re: long term rental
Hi icebuddy
I always recommend to people thinking of buying that they should rent for 6-12 months before taking the plunge.
You don't need a lawyer but read the rental agreement carefully. (We rented for 2 years while our house was being built.)

Could you tell me the pitfalls of buying a property without title deeds , and the position you could be in if you the try to sell without title deeds ?
