I am looking to let my property(apartment) in the Larnaca area of Cyprus, & was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent letting agent that they have had a good experience with.

Hi Andrew

Cyprus home and living are excellent,run by an English couple Andy and Jo i can highly recommend them,they have a website with contact details on it.

There is an agent which i used before them called KSL,i would highly recommend not using them as they let me down badly and did not seem to care and heard a couple of horror stories since.

Where abouts in Larnaca?

Many thanks for the information, I will give Cyprus Home & Living a call. Rather bizarre, but I am currently using KSL & am not happy with the level of service, which is why I am looking elsewhere.

My apartment is in Alethriko Village.

Hi Andrew

No shock that you are also unhappy with them.

They also contacted me about taking the managment of the apartment block which i quickly told them to f*** off, i have also heard some horror stories about the way they manage these contracts such as if one tennant doesnt pay they make the whole block suffer and so on
