Hi Barry

Those who wish to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf must do so in writing. According to Article 28 of the Jointly-Owned Building law:

"The appointment of a proxy must be made by a document signed by the person who appoints the proxy or by his representative. The proxy may be general or appointed for a specific meeting and does not have to be any owner."

There is no limit on the number of proxies one person can hold.
