Airbnb and Booking.com - are they finally regulated? What are news regarding the idea of regulating short term rentals in Cyprus? are they being taxed?

Hi Elpida & welcome to the forum
There's been no further news on short-term rentals. I've looked at the Cyprus legal database and there are no new laws on the subject.

Thank you for your welcome and prompt answer.
I have another question - I see that in Cyprus there is no Tourist tax. But still Hotels are taking city tax - what is the difference?
