Non-EU Buying multiple propeties

Hello,
So I learned that as a non-EU citizen, I am only entitled to buy one property in Cyprus. However, according to https://www.cybarco.com/permission-to-b ... -in-cyprus, I can register a company in domiciled in Cyprus and have it own as much property as needed. Does anybody has any experience about this, and knows how easy it is to do
