Removal of Maintenance Services Company

Hi,
We had a vote at our Owners AGM last month to remove our existing maintenance services company and replace them with another. We followed all the rules but the outgoing company are insisting on seeing all the voting sheets and proxy forms before they accept our termination notice. We've nothing to hide but I'm reluctant to do this and the owners I've spoken to are not keen on us showing their voting sheets to them. Are we obliged to do this?
Any advice would be very welcome.
Thanks, Steve.

Personally, I don't think they have the right to demand such information. You hire them, you fire them. Simples, just stop paying them see how long they will continue do the job!

Hi Steve

I agree with Pan. Voting is confidential and the services company doesn't need to see the papers.
