Building Plots near Kritou Tera

Does anyone have any information regarding the size of the development below the village of Kritou Tera ( off the E709 Pollis road). Just above the old church of Agia Akaterini a new road has been built, electricity cables installed and there are plots of land for sale. Two houses have already been built there.
