Does anyone have any knowledge of Quality Group? The development is now 2 years behind schedule and the schedule keeps being pushed back with no genuine reason. We are concerned we have parted with a lot of money and may never see our property complete or, if we do, the site itself will not be complete.

I have no information regarding Quality Group. I see on their website that they have a chart showing progress on theirs various developments at http://www.qualitydevelopments.com/Deve ... gress.aspx

It is very common for developments to fall behind schedule (but two years is excessive) and your lawyer should have included a clause in your contract covering this aspect.

There is an Eastern Forum at http://easterncyprus.com/index.html where there are a number of Quality Group clients. I suggest you join and ask your question there.
