Hi Nigel,
We have a management company for
our complex which consists of 32 units.
Everybody pays their fees with the exception of
one client who insists we are not a legal management company because there are no title deeds issued.
The title deeds have now been made available
by the builders after 13 years!
The client in question has his apartment rented out.
What are our rights in chasing up this debt?
