What is the difference between a complex committee and a REGISTERT complex committee

The difference is that there is no such animal as a 'Registered complex committee'.

Where did you hear about this?

(and the correct term is Management Committee.)

You can read more about Jointly-owned Buildings and how they are managed etc. in the English translation of the relevant law.

Hi
I asked my Management commitee to find out from the land registry who owns the abondoned property adjoining my property (its disrepair is affecting my property) They replaid saying that as they were not a"Registered Committee" they are not in a position to approch the Land Registry on my behalf

A Management Committee does not have to be registered.

Did they say who they're not registered with?
