We live in quite a large complex with over 100 property owners. We are on the committee for the owners and would like to get over 51 percent of the owners behind the committee so that we have some control over our Management Company.
Does anybody know where we can download a proxy from that would be suitable and legal out here.

As far as I'm aware there are no 'standard' proxy forms - but I came across one at http://www.actuaries-cy.org/proxy.pdf that you could modify to suit your purpose.
Also, if you need an English-language copy of the law regarding the management of jointly owner buildings and the operation of the Administration/Management Committee you can download it from my website at Jointly Owned Buildings Law of 1993
