We are a complex of about 50 apartments which some of them are not sold. Each apartment has allocated parking space, there are abandoned cars in the parking space of 5 of the unsold apartments.
Are the allocated parking space considered private area or communal area?
Can the management committee do anything about those cars?

Re: Abandoned cars
Hi Solva
The allocated parking spaces are private areas (if you look at your Title Deed, it will be shown.)
If the abandoned cars are in the parking spaces allocated to unsold ap0artments, your Management Committee should speak with the developer to get them removed.
