Re: Title Deeds Admin Sequence
Hi Nigel Thanks for your reply and link to; Creating & Issuing Title Deeds. I had read the article in 2014, but to be honest had forgotten it existed. I was also hopeful that the system would have been stream lined, following the recent incentive to apply for Title Deeds. In our case the system seem...

Hello Looking for advise if possible: Applied for Title Deeds under the discount scheme in September 2015. Developers Debt
Hi Nigel
Just heard a rumour that our developer has massive debt that was reported in the press a month or so ago. I must have missed the article at the time, and have also failed to find it now.
Any chance of providing a link/s to such topics
Many Thanks
Tom

Re: Title Deeds

In which case the property valuation will be based the first transaction, ie the ...

Title Deeds
Hi Nigel, Recent Title Deeds rules and regulations: I have read somewhere that if an application is made for title deeds, and is successful (ie Title Deeds are issued) the 50% reduction does not apply, but there is a 10% reduction if payment is made within a deadline period. Can you clarify please. ...

Re: IPT Property Valuation
Thanks Nigel
As you suggest we did register our property last year for IPT, and indeed payed the tax. Guess we will just have to wait for the surprise as to what the next valuation/assessment will be!!

Re: IPT Property Valuation
Hi Nigel
If the property does not have an assessed 2013 value how will the IPT be calculated for 2015. ( assuming the new tax calculation is applied)
