our experience of a repo
In our case REMU put the property with an estate agent we knew - it had been up for sale for at least a year through REMU themselves with no success so they went out to 2 agents for responses to a tender. Property is sold as seen - so survey etc. REMU had the title deeds in their name and the law on...

the response from my solicitor when asked was..... Thank you for your email. You were very wise you signed the power of attorney. You signed so we could conclude all the works without difficulties. We never use the power of attorney without the consent of the client. We signed the contract after you...

our "management agency" (Blue Orange - Paphos) sent us all a letter today telling us all individually that it was now "urgent" that we complied with the 1992 regulations re the communal "public" pool (lifeguards, water samples etc). They want us to agree that they should do this on our behalf and in...

Re: PoA - Revocation
Thanks Nigel My PoA was for property transfer I know it can not be used for any other purpose But as and when we may sell/buy another property it needs to be revoked so we can choose another solicitor So my question was how do you revoke? PoA - Revocation
I had to give my solicitor PoA so that we could complete a property purchase in Cyprus whilst we were in the UK.
Purchase now completed - he acted on our behalf using the PoA whenever I authorised him to do so in writing
But how do I now revoke the PoA/should I revoke it?
Any advice welcome

Re: euro current accounts

euro current accounts
not sure what is the best way to do this and its all greek to me - but what I need is a euro bank account that I can put deposits into as needed (probably twice a year) and I can use to pay cypriot bills and draw cash out of ATMs when I am over. Internet banking is a must have. I see that some UK ba...
