Re: Cyprus Will
Footy We copied the introductions...This is my last Will etc from our original Will and then made appropriate changes as to whom we were leaving our assets. Signed them and had them witnessed by friends in front of the Probate Officer, who is fantastic. He told us that he is soooooooooo busy as the ...

Re: Non Communal Payers living in the UK

Re: ITV Homes from Hell
Dear Laura
There are very many of us who are very happy with our lot in Cyprus having bought either "off plan" or "re-sales" but I suppose it won't make good television.

Ability to sue without Title Deeds
Dear Louise
I understand that recently a Management Committee WITHOUT Title Deeds successfully won a case against non-payers of Management Fees in the Cyprus Courts. I've looked in several BBs etc but not found anything, do you have any information please.
Thank You

Yes! the company name does start with the letter "A", however, there has been a develpment. Apparently, someone in Paphos has sought a legal answer to the problem a copy of the outcome is with one of my residents who is going to bring it to me to see. I will keep you informed.

Block insurance for Apartments
Nigel One of our residents has been told by a major insurance company that as from 1 Jan 2010, ALL individual apartments in an apartment block(s) have to be insured for fire, earthquake, etc with a single insurer. Apparently, this is the practice in UK at the moment and EU legislation demands that i...
