All seems very wild west to me and very challenging to get a feel of what the true market price should be.

I have always dreamed of having something built, preferably high energy effecient ( Passive Haus or similar ) - however I am not sure how viable it is / how to approach it without getting ripped off etc so any help that can be provided from others experience here would be very much appreciated thank ...
