Can anyone advise what happens when the developers 3 year communal maintainance contract runs out with one person on the complex but may have current contracts with other purchasers which started later.

Thanks Nigel I do hope so. We can probably submit a statement of Intent ourselves given more time.
My husband has phoned a couple of Architechs and they are quoting aprox 800 euro's also. Maybe its a band wagon situation I dont know.

I read that The Town planning Amnesty deadline may be extended. Does anyone know when this will be decided.

We dont owe anything to the Lawyer so I hope its not a problem to revoke it.
With Reference to the Town Planning I have now sent enails to 2 more Lawyers neither of which have replied. Feeling a bit frustrated and anxious considering the time limit.

My Husband and I signed a General Power of Attorney Doc which states that the document cannot be revoked.
Can this last statement really be upheld.

We have contacted a lawyer from the list you mentioned. To proceed with submitting the statement of Intent and organising the Architect they want payment in Advance of 1200 Euro. Natually we are so scared of making more costly mistakes Does this amount sound about right to you.
