Thank you Nigel, I think that is the only thing I can do - I have had nothing from my lawyer at all and I definitely haven't had a chance to defend myself!

Gary, Unfortunately the developer has obtained a court order enabling him to withdraw your contract from the Land Registry. Hi Gary, Your developer cannot cancel the contract without your permission - similarly you can't cancel it without his permission.
