Thanks for the replies. According to recent regulations you can build on agricultural land at 10% if the plot is +6000 sq m. This is over 6000 sq m. Thats how I understood it.

Thanks. Looking at the land survey, the nearest post might be around 400 metres away. So I am intrigued as to what the potential costs might be. If its £5k -£10k Euros its within potential budget but anything above will have to consider alternatives.
