Hi Nigel, On our complex of 32 units we have problems with 4 non payers. The arrears amount to 10000 euros. I unit is owned by the BOC. Another is been rented out. Can we approach land registry and put a 'memo' on their property so any debt has to be paid if sold? Any advice appreciated, Keith

Hi Nigel, We have a management company for our complex which consists of 32 units. Everybody pays their fees with the exception of one client who insists we are not a legal management company because there are no title deeds issued.
