It's not a requirement of the immovable property law 1993 section 38 that committee members have to be residents of Cyprus or living there permanently.

Afternoon everyone,
It's advisable to have a separate insurance for the committee members.

Does anyone have any idea about the amount of cover and any insurance companies that offer this.

Any other comments about committee members insurance would be appreciated.
