Property Transfer to Heir
Hi Nigel My late husband left his half of our apartment to my daughter in his Cypriot will. I know buyers have to pay a transfer fee. We are going through probate at the moment but we are wondering if there my daughter or my husband's estate will have to pay a transfer fee? Thank you for your help

We currently have a residents association that administers our complex and I understand it is better/more applicable to call it a management committee. How would we go about changing this name with the bank etc

Hi What are the rules that define if a management committee is necessary i.e. legal obligation? We are in a development of 16 properties and they are split into separate blocks of 4. Hi Nigel
On our complex, we all have our title deeds. We do maintain the green area (part of res assoc fees) but wondered who now owns this area? Who can expect to have access to this area i.e can anyone go for a walk through this area?
