Any chance of having the residential planning zones eg H2, H4 etc explained? Also the percentages for build density ands build cover - what do they mean and what is the bench mark and how price is affected?

It does seem logical that the agent's payment will only be possible once the buyer has paid the seller so an agreement where an agent puts in "what they want" is a concern.

Is it normal for the agreement between estate agent and seller to stipulate that the agent's 5% commission is to be paid as soon as contracts have been signed and not when the buyer has actually paid the seller?

Would appreciate any pointers to how best find good/decent agents to approach about a plot of agricultural land for sale in the region of Limassol?
