Yes he did the probate, and the property is registered in the beneficiaries names. We also have the deeds.
We would be happy for contacts in the Limassol area.
Thanks

Re: Selling property during COVID
The property is part of an estate.. one property has sold, which allows us to pay the lawyer who was the executor. He said he'd need power of attorney to continue and sell the house. It has been "up for sale" for approximately 8 years. Which suggests it is wrongly priced, or does it?? The property i...

Re: Real estate agents list
The property still hasnt sold.
We would be open to advice on good agents in the Limassol/ Germasogia area.
Can we list it with several agents? and if so do we pay all agents a fee? Or just the agent who sells it?

Re: refusal to sell

He also says that he needs to verify that the price is correct with the courts which we dont understand. The prope...

refusal to sell
Hi, My wife and her sister (UK based) were left 2 properties in Limassol by their late mother. She appointed her solicitor as executor/administrator of her will. It is almost 8 years since her passing and finally there is someone who wants to buy one of the properties at a price which is more than a...
