I couldnt find anything either. Was mainly concerned with 'officially' removing myself because of the communal insurance policy and the Public Liability cover. If anyone was to sue the MC then wanted to make sure I had done the necessary.
Thanks Nigel.

How do i resign as Chairman of MC?

I want to resign and was just wondering if there is a process I have to go through other than just emailing the rest of the MC and informing them of my resignation? Any info greatly appreciated as the solicitor involved is currently away f...

Re: Light at end of tunnel - Seldemosa case?
Thanks for that Nigel, I think all the memos etc were after depositing the Contract at the LR. BUT we have a large developer mortgage on the land which is prior to signing the CoS and registering it at the LR so the above looks like it wont help us in that situation - seems I was grasping at straws!

IPT - MV personal valuation query?
Hi Nigel,
I live in a block of apartments with mixed amounts of sq. meterage. I have an updated N50 with a revised LR valuation but how do i calculate what goes in the MV - your personal valuation box on the 318A form please? No communication with developer exists.
Thank you

Re: suing land owners - is it possible?
Thanks Nigel, I have tried emailing the solicitor a couple of times but i never seem to get a clear reply on that question so I thought if I could find out if there was any chance of being able to sue them, then I would pursue it with more vigour with the solicitor - however, I will ask him again to...

suing land owners - is it possible?
Developer absconded abroad 2-3 years ago. Apartments built 2006-7. Beginning of 2012 the TH Planning dept wanted thousands of euros before issuing Building Certificate as developer left without paying them their bill (we also have large hidden mortgage on the land). We understand that the LandOwners...
