Also, when you said 'unless you want to pay it off' what did you mean by that?
And thanks a lot for ...

Swiss Franc and Banks ECJ ruling
Hello,
I wanted to ask about the ECJ ruling on Swiss Franc loans by Cyprus Banks. This is the article I read: http://www.news.cyprus-property-buyers.com/2015/01/17/ecj-ruling-protects-consumers-swiss-franc-loans/id=0047600
If this is so, is there a possible case for me to go to the bank and ask ...

Documents the lawyer should have?
Hello All,
I posted a while ago what documents the lawyer we used to buy the property with should have on file for us. I didn't really get an answer for this but I actually received an answer from the lawyer in regards to these documents. I still would like to find out whether he should have them ...

Property lettings in Cyprus
Hello Everyone,
I am considering letting out my holiday house as the times are hard. But have no idea where to even start.
a) I am not sure where to start looking for long term tenants. Are there letting agencies in Cyprus like in the UK? And how do they work? I have my own housekeeper/maintenance ...

Moving a car from Cyprus to the UK
Hello people!!
Does anyone have any experience of moving your cyprus vehicle to the uk? Is it worth it financially or are the taxes you have to pay and the cost of logistics make it non viable?
Thanks,
Andrey

Best home internet provider + some other questions
Hello All!
Is there any broadband provider other than Cyta? If so, does anyone know which company is best/cheapest?
Our house sometime stands empty for a while (as it is a holiday house) and I was wondering whether Cyta allows you to take the co-called 'payment holidays'? Anyone knows?
Thanks guy ...

Hi Nigel,
20m in sales for Aristo? That is 5-10 villas and that's all. It seems like very bad news for them.
Property is long term - so one would expect it to grow during the 10 years period, at least. Then more and more as the time goes by. But if I bought in 2006, then what should I expect it to ...

Hi Nigel,
Property is not a short term investment (or at least it shouldn't be) so what glimpse of hope do we have ahead of us? What underlying factors should I, and many other property owners in Cyprus, look out for? To find out whether we are maybe climbing back to where we were 6 years ago ...

Hi Nigel,
Wow... That was probably the most brutal truth right there. Thank you, I guess
I was looking at other houses in the same area listed for sale on the web and the price for the same size just varies so much, I have no idea what it depends on, and how to even think about the property ...

Hello,
Second post from me straight after the first one!
So I have this house in Aphrodite Hills and obviously because of Cyprus' economic turmoil and Swiss Francs loan etc it has proved to be more work owning that house than I thought it would be back when I bought it in 2006.
Now I am looking ...

Immovable Tax, Title Deed and Aphrodite Hills
Hello All,
I am new here so apologies in advance if any of the questions have been asked before. As a matter of fact I am sure all of them must have been asked at some point in the life of this forum.
I will jump right in:
