A company called Evolution Property Partners in Nicosia has been 'negotiating' on my behalf with head office/regional office of Alpha Bank. As far as I'm concerned, negotiationas are still ongoing.

Why do you think it's important to have the title deeds before paying off the loan?

I was contacted by a company called G&P re claiming VAT back. They said I was eligible....but I thought you had to be resident in Cyprus....which I'm not!

It sounds too good to be true! What are the implications for claiming the VAT back?
