Marios Shiaeles is a Limassol, Cyprus based lawyer carried out a series of frauds on his client's totalling in excess of CYP£ 3,600,000. He skipped the country in September 2006 with his wife - Niki Fasaria - also wanted as a conspirator in the frauds, and their approximately 18 month-old baby daughter (9/2006). An international arrest warrant has been issued but so far his location is unknown. Reports suggest that Shiaeles may be in Greece, where Fasaria has family, in Bulgaria or in Northern Cyprus.
