I took part in a

Corporation (CyBC) radio discussion on the thorny problem that many people face when
buying property in Cyprus -
Title Deeds with the MP for Limassol (Rikkos
Erotokritou) , a prominent lawyer and legal
consultant (George Coucounis), and the Chairman of the Cyprus Land and Building Developers
Association (Lakis Tofarides).

Following
the round-table discussion, many
CyBC listeners called asking that I be given a
program where people could phone in & ask me questions. Unfortunately, only one caller managed to get through. As a result, the program
ended up as a conversation between myself and the shows presenter Rosie Charalambous about
some of the problems and difficulties
facing property buyers.
General discussion on property problems & issues
Shortly after the formation of the Cyprus Property Action Group, Denis O'Hare and I were in discussion with Antonis Loizou, Managing Director of Antonis Loizou & Associates (Cyprus' largest firm of
Chartered Surveyors). As well as discussing various problems encountered by
those buying property in Cyprus, we talked about why and how the group started,
and our plans.
