Status Homes

Last year i paid a deposit of £3000 for a 1 bed in the vasileon spa development from Status Homes on tomb of the kings in paphos. I have checked the website periodically over last 12 months as i know there was a delay to building due to current economic circumstances. However, website is now unobtainable.

Clearly i will go through my lawyer officially but have you heard of whether this developer has ceased trading and if not where would i get a list of developers who have cesaed trading.

Hi Celadon,

I'm afraid I have no information about this developer. The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver would be the people who know, but they are not very communicative. They have a website at http://www.mcit.gov.cy/mcit/drcor/drcor ... enDocument

I don't know if it will help, but I've found details of the Sales Director at The Status Homes Group - Alison Clements. She has a linkedin account at http://www.linkedin.com/pub/alison-clements/11/86a/40b and a facebook account at http://www.facebook.com/alison.clements1

If you have no luck with the above, I suggest you get in touch with your lawyer to do a bit of digging on your behalf.
