Property manager reporting obligations

Hello,

Would like to hear from anyone who has a rental unit in Cyprus, but lives abroad.
If the question is unsuitable, please delete.

Do property managers in Cyprus have any obligation to provide receipts for expenses incurred on a rental unit?

I live abroad and require receipts for any expenses used against my worldwide income.
My property manager has not provided this information inspite of my multiple requests.

Hi Irini

I cannot answer your question categorically, but I suspect much will depend on the agreement you have with your property manager. (But I would expect them to do this as a matter of course as they'll need to include the information in their tax return.)
