Weve brought / sold flat in Cyprus before so aware of deeds issue for them but looking at a Villa now and it's a slightly different beast.
Obviously we have a lawyer that will help but wanted to get some thoughts on this situation.
The property is in a block of 7. Developer has started process in 2022 so not done.
The land is part of the development and I was wondering if the parcels can be split up by developer and put into our names whilst we go through usual long deeds process, it seems some new build developers are doing this?
