I live in a first floor apartment in a block of 4. Title deeds show that the roof is registered as shared between all four. Having applied for a grant under the above scheme, 2 of my neighbours/owners claim that they are going to object. I believe that new rules are in the pipeline, will these help me if I’m successful with my application?
